You’ll be responsible for providing best practice guidance and education in regards to Home Instead supported/core business systems. You will drive revenue and gain efficiencies by understanding the needs and wants of the network and how our support business systems can help drive revenue and gain efficiencies.

As IT Coach you’ll:
  • Research and develop best practices for current and future Home Instead supported business systems.
  • Build the lifecycle of a support business system and create best practices.
  • Use our tools to measure utilization and user adoption.
  • Ensure that initiatives align our efforts with Home Instead's Home Office Initiatives to ensure we are using the most important tools.
  • Coach end users on best practices of supported business systems and create baselines for user adoption and measure on a regular cadence.
  • Coordinate with our Business Performance team to provide the best experience whether sharing a visit or completing a solo visit.
  • Meet with prospective Home Instead franchise owners to review core/supported business systems.
  • Research new technologies, test and roll out in coordination with Home Instead’s IT department.
  • Create and update the tech blog on our intranet on a regular cadence.
  • Onboard new Home Instead franchises/transfers by going through the supported business systems and best practices.
  • Continually reach out and schedule assessments/tech checks to maintain the scorecard goal.
  • Drive the value of assessments/tech checks during Home Instead’s franchise training, convention and other areas.
  • Assist projects teams with implementing new business products, as needed.
Education, Experience and Required Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology or related field.
  • Four years’ technical support or related experience.
  • An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.
