We are the AMERICAN RED CROSS and we re looking for motivated, goal driven people to join our life saving team as part time telerecruiters at our new Omaha Contact Center location. We are located at 13831 Chalco Valley Parkway. (138th & Chandler - southwest part of Omaha) New hire classes start May 16th. Work hours can vary, including day & evening hours. All shifts include a 4 or 6 hour shift on Saturday or Sunday. The work we do at the contact center is a critical step in our life saving mission. As a telerecruiter you will be the voice of the American Red Cross to blood donors throughout the Midwest and Ohio-Michigan regions. In your first two weeks on the job, we will provide you with paid training on all aspects of scheduling blood donation appointments with current donors and educating individuals on the eligibility requirements. Here's what we need from you: Contact by telephone current apheresis and/or whole blood donors to recruit for donation. May develop new leads and implement new donor recruitment programs to ensure an increased donor base and an adequate blood supply. Schedule appointments to ensure maximum number of donors are scheduled each day. Develop a working knowledge of donor criteria to inform donors of eligibility and reduce deferral rates. May coordinate support of community and business donor groups to assure a positive image of the ARCBS. Maintain daily production standard, including phone calls and appointments per hour, to meet established collection goals. Maintain accurate records of donors/groups contacted and appointments scheduled to avoid errors, poor customer relations and to ensure sufficient donor availability. Perform other related duties as necessary.
