ARINC, Omaha, is looking for a Commbatting Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) Analyst to join our team. In this role, the CWMD Analyst will provide Advisory and Assistance services for USSTRATCOM/J9 to include integrated and mission assessments, studies and analyses, symposia, academic internship program support, Command innovation, and modeling and simulation. This position focuses on supporting assesment studies and analysis for the Command's Combatting Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) mission. Qualifications REQUIREMENTS:
- Ten or more years of relevant experience.
- Experience with the research and development of OPORDS and OPLANS.
- Domain expertise and experience in one of more of USSTRATCOM s UCP assigned mission areas.
- Extensive knowledge U.S. WMD policies and strategies.
- Extensive understanding of CWMD Destruction Joint Integrating Concept, doctrine, and TTPs.
- Five (5) years experience in planning and executing CWMD related operations.
- Familiarity with end-to-end operations and processes from national level through unit execution.
- Ability to think broadly and strike a balance between traditional and nontraditional thinking and to see interrelationships between domain of expertise and other domains.
- Posses critical thinking skills, both qualitative and quantitatively, and ability to prepare a well-grounded, defensible argument.
- Ability to work well with other organizations and personnel with disparate backgrounds.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project and Access to develop, create, and maintain complex project schedules.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and other productivity software.

EDUCATION: Masters degree in a technical area or equivalent.
