Role:
The Accounts Payable Coordinator in Corporate Accounting is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of invoices and expense reports. Provides support to associates regarding company policy compliance and trains associates in the proper expense report and invoice procedures.
This position requires that decisions be made as to which business group and PO an invoice belongs to and that the invoice meets company requirements. The Accounts Payable Coordinator works with Central Procurement, Fixed Assets, Prepaids and other Finance associates. Audit expense reports to insure compliance with company policy and IRS regulations.
Responsibilities:
* Process a large number of invoices while adhering to tight deadlines and with a high level of accuracy
* Maintain invoice processing flow
* Reviews invoices for accuracy and completeness
* Handle internal and external client inquiries
* Assist with scanning and filing
* Must adhere to the Core Values of TD Ameritrade and operate with high ethical standards
Requirements:
* Requires understanding of bookkeeping procedures and 2-4 years of relevant experience
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to prioritize and multi-task
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Basic MS Office and Outlook knowledge and 10 key experience required.
* Oracle experience preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent required
